Job Description
We are currently looking for a Finance & Admin Manager to:
▶Finance (70%)
○ Monthly regular accounting closing activities.
○ In charge for financial data preparation and finalization of year end Statutory Audit.
○ Prepare and review data for preparation of corporate income tax report.
○ Prepare and submit GST on quarterly basis for Singapore and Australia business.
○ Review on Japan reporting financial statement.
○ Review on transfer pricing report for corporate income tax purpose.
○ Credit control on account receivable, review on payable payment plan, monitoring cash flow and liquidity.
○ Payment checking.
▶HR/Admin (30%)
○ Provide the data on employee time report, monthly payroll calculation, update and control on annual leave calculation and usage.
○ Act as person in charge for human resources matter and its daily affair.
○ Prepare and submit various government survey reports.
○ Other adhoc project or assignment.
Requirements
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
○5+ years' experience in finance & accounting department at commercial sector.
○Who can work independently.
*Report line is Managing Director. One support member is in the department.
○Having experience at Japanese company is advantage.
