Job Description
As the Senior Product Designer, you will lead a small team on mobile app design. You play an important role in simplifying complex products and ideas in real life into good user experience that everyone enjoys. Your designs will be used by millions of people.
When it comes to daily activities, you will talk to business stakeholders and research team to define problem statements. You manage stakeholders and deliver good design. You will do hands-on work and delegate work to other team members. This is a good opportunity if you are looking to progress to management/team lead while staying hands-on.
To do well in this role, you have at least 4-5years of experience in UX design. You need to have experience in shipping good mobile product design, both iOS and android. Experience in e-commerce and financial service industry is highly preferred. You are able to not only design, but also passionate about design as well as communicating with others.
