Job Description
* To plan and carry out product sales' activities on assigned accounts or areas.
* Responsible for ensuring customers' satisfaction and managing the quality of product and service delivery.
* Be responsible for SEA customers' accounts not limited to customers in Singapore and Malaysia.
* To establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
* Develop and deliver technical presentations on key technical aspects of products or services to potential customers.
* Meet with customers and engineers to assess equipment's needs and to determine system's requirements on specifications/configurations and deliver solutions with the end-goal of sales in mind.
* Work with Business Units/Service Teams for answers to customers' questions about products, servicing, and other related matters.
* Work with Business Units to prepare quotations for system/modifications.
* Secure orders for products/modifications, ensuring that the orders are processed and then delivered.
* Maintain customers' satisfaction by resolving their problems and complaints quickly.
* Achieve sales targets.
* Coordinates sales efforts between team members and other departments.
* Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
* Update management on customers' needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential of new products and services.
Requirements
*Bachelor's degree in Engineering or its equivalent.
*At least 5 years of relevant experience in the same industry.
*Willing to travel and devote extended hours to handle challenging sales projects.
*A team player with an eye for details.
*Good knowledge of MS Office and presentation skills.
*Highly motivated and independent with a proven track record in sales.
*People-orientated and receptive to feedback.
