Job Description
OUR CLIENT:
* Our client is a European manufacturer of emergency power systems, used primarily in critical infrastructure projects globally.
THE ROLE:
* Act as a subject matter expert for all field personnel
* Ensure quality work is completed in the field
* Strong and effective communicator for all internal and external matters
* Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick , accurate repairs, and installation
* Evaluates work load and schedules to best utilise manpower and manage expectations
* Resolves customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction
THE REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent in Engineering studies
* Hands-on experience in troubleshooting / fault diagnosis for electric machines
* At least 5 years' experience in managing pre and post sales services of electrical equipment in the construction industry
* At least 2 years' experience in a leadership capacity of a technical service team
