Overview:
Our client, an international organization that provides various services to the Marine & Offshore is on the lookout for 5 x Data Entry to join their operations team in Singapore.
Due to an increase in business within Singapore and the region, our client is looking to expand their operations department here and seek to hire 5 x Data Entry to join their team in Singapore. The incumbent will be responsible for daily administrative support to the department.
The Role:
* Provide administrative support to the internal department
* Preparing of necessary documents; Purchaser Order, Deliver Order, Invoices and other documents
* Documenting of data into internal CRM system
* Assist in printing and preparing of files
* Other ad hoc duties when assigned
The Job Requirements:
* Any relevant academics
* 1 year of experience
* Able to work on a shift; 7am - 3pm or 2pm - 10pm
