The client is a Singapore-based tech company specialized in developing and providing blockchain-based solutions across multiple countries in SEA. They are hiring a permanent or temporary financial controller for one of our group companies which has multiple subsidiaries in Singapore.
* Monthly and year-end financial accounting closing for the group
* Communication with accounting auditor
* Cash flow management including necessary planning and execution
* Negotiations with banks and creditors
* Necessary preparation for the shareholder meetings and board of directors
* Working with the company's Sponsor for necessary administrative procedures
* Other accounting, treasury and taxation matters for the group
*A degree in accounting and CPA qualification
*Singaporean or PR holder who can start to work immediately (expected to lead the year-end closing and accounting audit in mid-January/February)
*Can be both permanent and temporary contract for around 6 months (negotiable)
*Minimum 7-10 years similar experience with strong consolidation and cash flow management exposure, ideally with at least one SGX listed company
*Strong leadership to facilitate communications with internal and external stakeholders
