* Lead and manage the Professional Service team comprising of solutions architect, implementation specialist, developers, quality assurance, helpdesk and support specialists.
* Accountable for the software and professional services revenue and billing

* Responsible for the helpdesk and technical support to ensure service level commitment and quality customer satisfaction.
* Responsible to innovate, explore and developed new solutions to drive for new business and growth
* Responsible to engage and manage c-level customer relationship to support sales in all deal pursuit
* Responsible to evaluate and recommend new software portfolio to support the revenue growth of the organisation
* Responsible to lead technical conversation and workshop with customer as a trusted advisor
* Responsible to be the technology and solution keynote speaker representing in both internal and external events
* Responsible to ensure a highly engaged, motivated and satisfied team of professional services members to service both internal and external stakeholders
* Responsible for the quality and accuracy of the weekly project status and outlook cadence
