Our Client:

Out client is one of the biggest crude oil and petroleum product trader.

The Resposibilities:

* Providing legal advice and support to internal clients
* Drafting and reviewing various agreements and legal documentation
* Instruct outside counsels in the conduct of matters for the company
* Undertake projects or other special matters as assigned

The Requirements:

* Good practical knowledge of applied law, either gained in private practice or in house
* Ability to work and explain legal and operational issues in readily understandable manner
* Good communication skills
* Ability to meet tight deadlines and able to work long hours if necessary
* Can-do attitude by rolling up sleeves and a team player
* Proficiency in Korean Language is advantageous to communicate with HQ in Korea
