Our Client:
We are representing a Global MNC that develops and manufactures specialty chemicals.
The Role:
The Marketing Manager is responsible to lead the planning and implementation of strategic and tactical marketing activities within APAC.
The Responsibilities:
* Identify market opportunities; Conduct and present market intelligence activities in the assigned territories
* Proactively capture current and future market trends and need, and feedback to the different functional teams
* Provide support in developing business strategies and look after the implementation within the given considerations
* Create and analyse total product offering, including product portfolio mix, service, pricing, of the assigned BU and territories
* Develop and roll out sales tools to support sales teams. This includes marketing presentations, calculation models, technology comparisons
* Develop and implement marketing plan and marketing mix, focusing on regional product portfolio
* Contribute and influence discussion on pricing concepts in alignment to the BU's strategies, and monitor its implementation
* Support the BU in achieving its financial targets in the region
The Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or Engineering
* Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in marketing management in an industrial B2B environment, ideally in B2B textile, personal care chemicals
* Strong technical knowledge in industrial chemicals business, its products and application areas
* Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
* Demonstrates confidence, assertiveness, and good sense of judgment
* Business analytic skills, including use of tools such as MS Excel, Tableau, Salesforce
* Regional marketing experience, especially in SEA
