Job Description

Our Client

Our client is growing MNC company who specialize in haircutting.

The Responsibilities:

* To check the monthly accounting reports
* Consolidate and counter check reports from outlets
* Maintain and updates files
* Assist in preparation of reports to MD
* Preparation of monthly audit schedules.
* Submission of GST Returns.
* Taxation matters.
* Responsible for the inter-company and bank reconciliation accounts.
* Preparation and checking of monthly Inventory Control.
* Checking of Management and Hairstylist salaries before submitting
* Checking of Weekly and Monthly Sales Reports before submitting to HQ
* Liaise with the external auditors for year-end closing
* Liaise with the Company Secretariat and Bankers.
* Liaise with Property Management for renewal of outlets tenancy agreements.
* Supervise and guide the accounts personnel in Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan (Group companies).
* Other related accounting and administrative matters, and ad hoc assignment.

The Requirements:

* More than 3 years of work experience in Accounting
* Diploma in Accounting or relevant certifications
* Mandarin speaking candidate is mandatory to speak with Native Mandarin speaking internal stakeholder
* Excellent team player with sharp analytical skills
* Good communication skills, (verbally and in writing)
* Good to have skills / knowledge / experience
* Experience in general bookkeeping and tax system is an advantage
