Our Client:

Our client is one of the largest investment bank in the world that offers investment management, securities, asset management, prime brokerage, and securities underwriting.

The team determines hiring needs, creates sourcing strategies and manages full life cycle recruiting. They drive initiatives for creative sourcing strategies to ensure the firm has a diverse recruitment pipeline. They also present clients with thoughtful options based on intimate knowledge of the business, drive recruiting events and build and maintain strong relationship with various organizations and diversity groups to assist in non-traditional recruiting venues.

The Responsibilities:

* Manage searches for open positions and oversee candidate flow and communication for hiring managers
* Work together with Business Partners on divisional people processes, client requests and the offer process
* Build relationships with the assigned division's hiring managers to advise on market conditions, competitor information and diversity objectives
* Take ownership of divisional recruiting and independently manage all aspects of vendor engagement, budget and recruiting strategy
* Provide management reports and analysis to divisional management

The Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent
* At least 5 years of relevant recruiting/search experience in fast-paced, dynamic organizations
* Expertise within financial services recruiting ideally with exposure to front office clients
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong client focus, service orientation and relationship building skills
