Our Client:
Our client is a start-up company into high-end watch business and system development. They are looking for an Admin cum Secretary to join their growing team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* Arrange air ticket reservations, book hotel accommodation, prepare business trip claims and make payment vouchers to settle corporate credit card transactions
* Handle related clerical duties like correspondence through e-mail, filing, and photocopying
* Issue pay slip
* Conducting research on miscellaneous tasks
* Accompany to banks and government agencies as an interpreter
The Requirements:
* Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' level
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
* Basic business PC knowledge and skills such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Japanese speaking candidate is required for the role to liaise with Native Japanese speaking internal and external stakeholders
