Our Client:
Our client is one of the largest logistics companies with its headquarters in Japan.
They are now looking for a talented and passionate individual to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* Planning and promotion of HR strategy for the entire region
* Recruitment of highly-skilled and/or specialized personnel
* Establishment of regional HRM system (grading system, compensation system, evaluation system, etc.)
* Introduction of talent management system (human resource development, regional mobility, etc.)
The Requirements:
* At least 10 Years of relevant working experience in HR management
* Familiarity with Asian market environment and business practices
* Experience managing/directing regional HR
