Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is one of the glowing MNC in import/export of chemical products and related investments. They are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

* Liaise with the Marketing Team and providing clerical support, including but not limited to, shipping documents, sale reports and Sales and Purchase contracts.
* Coordinate and correspond to multiple vendors as well as customers to ensure accurate delivery schedules.
* Assist in airline ticket reservations, hotel accommodations and claims when necessary.
* Handle related clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying; other duties as assigned.

The Requirements:

* Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' level
* Preferably 2-5 years' of working experience in preparing import/export shipping documents
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a team player
* PC literate with working knowledge of using Microsoft Office
* Prior knowledge of SAP is preferred
