Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is one of the glowing MNC in import/export of chemical products and related investments.
They are looking for Human Resource cum Admin Officer to join their team to expand their business in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

Human Resource

* Performing the payroll process, including CPF, income tax preparation and handling of corporate card.
* Processing claims such as business trip, maternity etc.
* Managing and monitoring of medical benefits, renewal of insurance and arranging annual medical check-up.
* Support in recruitment & onboarding of new staff, resignation and Work Pass related processes.
* Support in Safe Management Measure duties.

Administration

* Support in crisis management such as Business Continuity Plan & Emergency Response Management as well as handling of emergency kits.
* Organize & coordination of company's event.
* Handling of courier service-related work.
* Procurement & maintenance of door card, name card and support in office leasing & related matters.
* Other ad-hoc administrative duties.

The Requirements:

* Possess a GCE 'O' Level/Diploma with minimum 2-3 years of relevant HR experience
* Strong knowledge & experience in payroll (preferable in Unit4 software) including CPF, income tax and EP application
* Knowledge in HR regulations & recruitment would be preferred
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Good team player and able to work independently
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
