Our Client:
Our client is MNC company, they manufacture western confectionery and have multiple stores in Singapore. They are urgently looking for a R&D Executive or R&D Assistant Manager.
The Responsibilities:
* Business content
* New product development of western confectionery
* Quality control of custard factory
* Ingredients' management
* Costing
* Negotiations with suppliers (materials for new products)
* Presentation to Management
* Market research
The Requirements:
* At least 2 years of work experience in a confectionery factory (or central kitchen or store)
* Knowledge of western confectionery (able to make basic confectionery with a recipe)
* Includes physical work
* Able to explain the key points of the products you make
Ideal personality
* Willingness to work on products that have never been manufactured before by actively working on things that have never manufactured before
* Enthusiastic about new technology, keen learn new techniques and knowledge
* Person who listens to colleague and bosses
* Independent and proactive
