The Responsibilities:

This role is based in Singapore and will be responsible within Singapore market. You will be within the Singapore team and will report to the Regional Manager, based in Singapore. Your responsibility will be of the following, but not limited to:

* Managing business relationship with clients, new accounts, and existing accounts. Most of your tasks is to support existing clients and grow the business organically. Having great verbal, written, and presentation skills is required for success
* Accountable for increasing revenue. A sharp-eye and sense of urgency to solve client's obstacles and problems through consultative value proposition approach
* Avid and enthusiast individual to deliver a job well done. The IT industry dynamic, challenging, and rewarding at the same time
* Diligent and dependable. You will also be part of the greater team which is matrix-based and virtual. Your ability for being strategic while pragmatic is required

The Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have a passion in building a business for you and the company:

* Preferably more than 3 years of career experience in either sales / channel / account positions within IT industry providing technology solutions and services
* High levels of drive for results, solution-based attitude, motivational tactics, and use of performance management - goal-oriented
* Able to relate, connect, and work with a diverse management styles for supporting growth
* Methodical and logical approach to problem solving - seeks, identifies and resolves hidden problems, continuous improvement mindset
