Our Client:

Our client is one of the global leaders with specialization in fine chemicals, they cater to market of life sciences, home and personal care, industrial specialties, paints and coatings, metalworking fluids, energy, and other industrial markets. They are actively looking to hire a Product Steward who will ensure compliance with APAC reach and other global product stewardship regulations.

The Responsibilities:

* Provide expertise and guidance to assure compliance with APAC and global regulations for cosmetic and life science applications in Japan, Korea, and China
* Provide guidance to local, regional, and global teams regarding to product design, development, evaluation, and marketing
* Prepare regulatory submissions and achieve market authorizations to meet project deadlines
* Ensure labeling and promotional materials meets regulatory requirements
* Maintain appropriate filing of communication with regulatory agencies
* Anticipate, manage, and communicate regulatory changes that may have impact on current and new product lines
* Keep an oversight of regional regulations that are relevant, including proposed development
* Preparation of product data, regulatory statements, surveys, and questionnaires in response of customer's request/ enquiries
* Other product stewardship duties as assigned

The Requirements:

* Degree in Science/ Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering/ Toxicology or related discipline
* Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in EHS product stewardship role in Pharmaceutical/ Personal care/ Food/ Chemical Industry
* Must have working experience with chemical management regulatory bodies
* Must have strong understanding of regulatory requirements for regions covered Proficient in SAP, MS Office
* Team player, good communication, and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated, problem solver and open minded to adapt to new challenges
