Our Client:
Our client is one of the world's leading automotive companies. They offer various services such as leasing, car subscription, car rental, and innovative mobility services and top global supplier of premium and luxury cars. They are looking for an efficient Salesforce Product Owner/ Assistant Manager to roll out new markets in the next few years.
The Responsibilities:
* Product Owner of Salesforce (SFDC)
* Monitoring the quality of data inflow into Salesforce and working with our data lake and data analytics team to ensure sound data quality outflows
* Steering and overseeing the research, development, and rollout of Salesforce
* Providing support to Regional Overseas member markets to enhance the customer journey in their respective countries
* Taking on ad hoc tasks related to Salesforce from time-to-time
The Requirements:
* Good university degree associated with Business Management & Information
* Systems or Communication
* More than 5 years' experience in similar role of lead product ownership, project/program management
* Experience in Software development & Scrum methodology
* Experience in Sales & Marketing Business in the Automotive Sector
* Experience in end-to-end projects, from concept to implementation
* Good understanding of technology development, customer service and business
* Retail, wholesale process and customer service knowledge
* International experience with good international business acumen
* Good command of English and preferably Asian languages as he/she will liaise with people from different walks of life
* Potential travel opportunities
