The Responsibilities:

You will be reporting to the Team Head, based in Singapore. In this role, your responsibilities will involve contributing to the establishment of business procedures, scenarios, and solution prerequisites specifically tailored for the contract logistics industry. Your responsibility will include, but not limited to:

* Assisting in generating proposals for potential and existing clients, offering comprehensive solutions
* Assessing how information technology solutions can be effectively utilized, thereby spearheading the formulation of IT strategies, and facilitating ongoing enhancements in processes
* Serving as a crucial liaison between the IT department, operational teams, and business development units
* Representing IT during customer interactions, managing expectations, and defining requirements such as quality standards, project scope, and effort/cost estimation
* Assisting the Team head and closely collaborates with the respective business team and business unit country leads
* Taking end-to-end responsibility for through the presale's activities
* Along with the bidding team, engaging with clients to provide IT solutions and capabilities in response to requests for quotation (RFQ) or tender, as well as future IT demands
* Evaluating business needs and enhances initial client requirements by incorporating additional information (such as non-functional requirements, project requests, business cases, etc.) using established standard and model approaches
* Translating business needs and requirements into well-defined specifications and acceptance criteria
* Ensuring standardization of organizational and procedural processes within the assigned responsibility
* Defining demand refinement and solution design and overseeing the entire process chain from demand to service delivery in accordance with the solution strategy
* Specifying and implementing standards, frameworks, guidelines, and policies to facilitate prompt handling of initial client inquiries

The Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree, either in IT, Logistics, or Supply Chain will be an advantage
* Highly familiar with Infor products (SCM | WMS) and has managed large-scale solutioning projects regionally for winning tenders
* Demonstrated success in overseeing various aspects of IT demand activities, including project request management, demand evaluation, ensuring synchronization across demands, and monitoring approved demand implementations
* Extensive understanding of complex business processes and project management, ideally within the contract logistics or supply chain industry. Strong drive to identify and implement innovative IT solutions
* Experience in effectively managing and influencing customer engagements and interactions, with meticulous attention to detail and a strong business acumen
* Possesses strategic, conceptual, and problem-solving skills, along with a service-oriented mindset and the ability to organize oneself effectively
* Proficient in software development, contract, and tender management, as well as warehouse management systems. Familiarity with project and process management tools
* Proper communication skills, characterized by transparency and directness, tailored to different levels within an organization
* Capable of managing multiple concurrent topics and projects simultaneously
