Our Client:
Our client is a well-established Japanese company that specialises in Precious Metals Solutions. They are currently looking for a Maintenance & Operations Manager to join their team in Singapore. Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers.

The Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment
• Conduct on-site maintenance work and propose improvement plans
• Provide technical training and safety guidance to operators and on-site workers
• Manage the maintenance of collection equipment installed at customer sites
• Oversee the maintenance and management of company-owned buildings
• Supervise warehouse operations and logistics management
• Effectively lead and coordinate a team of 12 on-site staff to ensure a safe, efficient, and harmonious work environment

・現場スタッフ管理・指導

The Requirements:
• Diploma in Engineering
• Proven experience in equipment maintenance and operations management
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards and maintenance planning
• Knowledge in M&E preferable
• SDME license is plus
• Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers
