Sales Admin Assistant

Job Description

Our Client:

Our client provides support in the new development of automotive and other industrial products. They are one of the few specialist companies that can handle all parts of the product-making process, from technical coordinating, 3D technical design, and inspection and measurement.

The Responsibilities:

* Communicate with the Customer Purchasing Department
* Management of Order and Sales forecasting sheet
* Payment management
* Issue PO (Material, Product, Equipment)
* General affairs and administrative operation
* Supporting manager
* Other general affairs job

The Requirements:

* Interpersonal communication skill
* Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Able to speak fluent English to communicate effectively with English-speaking colleagues and clients
* Able to speak basic Japanese or Chinese to communicate effectively with native Japanese-speaking or native Chinese-speaking colleagues and clients
* Proven experience as an administrator, assistant or relevant role is advantageous
