Guest Relations Officer

Job Description

Our Client:

RGF represents an Omakase fine dining cuisine, they are actively looking to hire a Guest Relations Officer to join them.

The Responsibilities:

* To always display a hands-on approach to unite staff and guide them to ensure compliance with all food and beverage promotions, Company SOP including POS operations and cash handling practices, statutory and regulatory requirements.
* Ambassador for restaurant, managing guests' expectations and ensure excellent customer experience
* Coordination of bookings and all guest enquiries
* Manage waiting lists and manage all guests' expectations
* Welcome guests on arrival and to lead them to their table and thank guests on departure and maintain guest records.
* To lead and manage-by-example in accordance with Company SOPs, and rules and regulations

The Requirements:

* Customer service experience
* Handle all incidences and compliments
* Coordinate events and group reservations and special requests
