Senior Sales Executive (Sales Support/Regional/FMCG)

Job Description

Our Client:

RGF is representing a reputable FMCG, specializing in Imaging. They are actively looking to hire a Senior Sales Executive to join them.

The Responsibilities:

Achieve successful growth of revenue in all regions of set targets. Enhance reputation and development of relationships with key distributors. Ability to implement sales and marketing activities with distributors.

* Manage regional sales and marketing activities and to grow business in the regional countries (Taiwan, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Cambodia, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, and other Oceania countries)
* Maintain close correspondence with management and distributors and coordinate all matters relating to regional sales and marketing planning and strategy
* Maintain close correspondence with distributors by coordinating sales efforts and negotiations
* Handle and process monthly PO, Sales, Sales and Marketing expenses, credit/payment with assigned countries customers in collaboration with F&A, logistics and other departments
* Arrange product supply allocation within the region
* Monitor and track progress of weekly sales budgets and provide weekly reports
* Analyze market data, from market intelligence and compile for Management reporting
* Oversee sales and promotional strategies with distributors in the region
* Participate in regional sales support for distributors such as regional meetings and events
* Improve branding in distributor countries by enhance POP materials, signage, and advertisement
* Managing & servicing distributor relationships to strengthen the growth of sales and market share for the regional countries

The Requirements:

* Minimum Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business Studies majoring in Marketing or relevant qualification
* At least 1-2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Photoshop or other graphic/web designing software will be an advantage
* Comfortable for light business travelling
