Job Description
Our Client:
Our client is a financial technology company delivering software solutions as a service. Their solution suite includes trading, payments, and remittance of traditional and digital assets. These solutions can be delivered as cloud-based, on-premises or a hybrid infrastructure. They also provide professional services in blockchain integration.
The Responsibilities:
* Engages with knowledge workers to incorporate usability and user interface needs when designing systems
* End to end involvement in project management, monitor progress, and ensuring development timelines are met with quality standards implemented
* Assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritises competing business demands
* Creating a rapport with the clients and ensure project delivery is accurate as per requirements
* Reviewing and identifying business operational areas/ gaps that need improvements and propose appropriate action plans
* Identify potential project risks and its implication to the organization and to recommend mitigating measures to manage the risks
* Maintain and develop documentation for responsible area
* Ensure Service Level Agreements for projects and incidents are met
* Develop a high-performance working culture
* Establish and monitor team members KPIs to ensure high productivity and efficiency in the teams
* Able to engage our business users in a positive manner so that project huddles can be overcome, and solutions can be implemented
The Requirements:
* More than 4 years of working experience as a project manager in strategy, investment and/or technology domains, with proven records in implementing and deploying solutions into production.
* Experience running projects independently while managing an internal development team.
* Proven working experience running projects with agile methodology (Scrum and Kanban preferred)
* Preferred to have working experience within the Fintech / Trading / Crypto space. Or ability to show cases strong domain knowledge in building Fintech related projects/systems
* Experience of running projects with Jira cloud and confluence software
* Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
* Excellent organization and time management skills
* Strong critical thinker with problem solving aptitude
* Having working experience within the Trading, Financial, Crypto Industry is preferred
* Having domain knowledge in blockchain technologies, capital markets technology and financial payments technology would be advantageous
