Customer Care Officer ( FMCG / Customer Service)

Job Description

Our Client:

RGF is representing a global FMCG brand, one of the world's leading consumer products companies with operations throughout the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Oceania. They are actively looking to hire a Customer Care Officer to join them.

The Responsibilities:

* Out-bound calls to customers to achieve the sales targets and increase customers' base
* Handle day-to-day customer issues which involves investigation and facilitating response/resolutions through phone, email, or walk-in
* Provide timely and relevant product recommendations to meet customers' needs
* Collaborate closely with other team members to support customers enquires/complaints and feedback
* Provide excellent customer service pre and post sales
* Create and update customer recodes in system
* Interact with various departments to identify and resolve problems pertaining to order, service, and delivery
* Undertakes any administration tasks or ad hoc projects as and when necessary

The Requirements:

* Minimum 'O' Level holder with 2-3 years' relevant experience in customer service or call centre environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Resilience, process excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Team player and able to work independently with little supervision
