Sales Merchandiser(FMCG/5 days work week/Incentives)

Job Description

Our Client:

RGF is representing a reputable FMCG in condiments. They are actively looking to hire a Sales Merchandiser to join their ever-growing team.

The Responsibilities:

* Build good working relationship and secure orders from stores
* Effective communication with key store personnel on ordering, and replenishment of stocks, space buys, and events
* Execute merchandising, display, and promotion plans
* Ensure P.O.S. materials are well displayed
* Initiative to improve planogram and increase product facings for key products
* Propose products which are officially listed but are not carried by the store and/or products which previously delisted in the store
* Ensure near expired stocks on shelf are managed well and rotated on FIFO (First in First Out) basis
* To ensure all company products are well merchandised with ample stocks at the retail outlets
* Monitor pricing and inventory level
* Provide pictures and pricing of competitors' products and displays
* Provide updates on individual display efforts and initiatives
* Communicate effectively with sales on all operational issues
* Manage and provide documentation for store returns and trade deals
* Ad hoc duties (e.g. events and weekend roadshows) as and when required

The Requirements:

* At least 2 years of relevant experience
* Relevant experience in Supermarket / FMCG Industry
