Our client is one of the top Entertainment companies in Japan. They are looking to hire a Sales Executive - Japanese speaking to support their Japanese native stakeholders and clients.
The Responsibilities:
・Present, promote and sell products/ services to existing and new customers
・Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
・Expedite the resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction
・Coordinate sales activities and effort across team members
・Improve through feedback
・Other general ad-hoc duties
・製品・サービスの提案・販売
・顧客関係の維持・強化
・問題解決で顧客満足向上
・チームと連携
・改善意識あり
・その他関連業務
Requirements
The Requirements:
・Proven experience in sales or relevant role is an added advantage
・Proficient in English, Mandarin and Japanese to smoothly and effectively communicate and present to Chinese and Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers
・Keen in Japanese culture such as Anime and Manga
・Able to travel on business trips to China, India, Korea, Taiwan, etc. (once per month)
・ Great interpersonal and communication skills
・月1回の海外出張可（中国、インド、韓国、台湾など）
・日本文化に関心のある方
・優れたコミュニケーション能力
・英語流暢（業務上必要なため）
・日本語ビジネスレベル（業務上必要なため）
