Job Description

Our Client:
Our client is a Japanese Regional HQ, their focus is on medical technology for infection control and laboratory uses. They have been managing the Sales and Marketing for Asia-Pacific region. With their high-quality standards, they are well-known in the Medical Industry. Currently, they are looking for an Inventory Planner to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

* Analyzing factory capacity and customer demand of each subsidiary in Asia-Pacific to create accurate supply/demand forecasts
* Liaise with factories on stock replenishment plan
* Execute allocation strategies to ensure optimized inventory in each subsidiary
* Checking subsidiary orders against adherence to forecast and inventory policies
* Communicating with subsidiaries about pricing changes
* SAP data management such as set up of price and item code
* Stock reconciliation exercise to ensure inventory accuracy
* Execute policies and procedures for inventory management and control including damaged goods, dead stock, expired items
* Recommending improvements to inventory management procedures to improve cost efficiency, lower risk, and increase customer satisfaction
* Management reporting on inventory data and performance metrics

The Requirements:

* Minimum Diploma/Degree in any relevant field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Inventory Planning
* Preferably with experience in using SAP
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Able to work independently under pressure and is meticulous

* Working Hours: Monday - Friday
* Annual Leave: 14 days
