Our client is an established global enterprise technology firm, headquartered in Europe. With rich legacy spanning more than 150 years and solid presence in more than 40 nations, and they are continuously expanding in Asia with their innovations. In the region, they are a leading provider of information, software and services for professionals with their award-winning solutions to address compliance and regulatory challenges at all levels of an organization.

The business solutions for regulated financial departments and institutions help customers meet their obligations to external regulators. The software provides solutions for the Financial Risk and Regulatory Reporting process. It specializes in unifying and optimizing processes to deliver a real-time and accurate view of the financial position. This role will be driving new business and will be a hybrid of a farmer and a hunter.

The Responsibilities:

* Managing complex, solution sales cycles, and involves working closely with pre-sales staff, product manager and professional services team
* Account management entails activities such as retention, cross-sell, and up-sell, as well as the pursuit of new logo clients
* Develop a sales pipeline through intensive prospecting and qualification via phone, face-to-face meetings, and other channels
* Provide reliable quarterly forecasts of license revenue
* Oversee and drives the sales process throughout the sales cycle

The Requirements:

* Minimum with Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
* Proven track record in consistently meeting/exceeding sales quotas with complex software applications company solution selling into the banking sector
* At least 5 years of direct and indirect sales experience
* Experience with selling enterprise solutions addressing Risk, Finance, and Regulatory Reporting
* Relationship-building at the C- and department head level
* Background in Risk Management and Regulatory Reporting preferred
* Good customer contacts and strong network of business contacts in both financial services and partner-related firms
* Strong knowledge of all or some of the subjects such as Financial Risk Management, IFRS/IAS
* Willing to travel as and when needed
