Job Description
Our Client:
Our client is one of the leading suppliers and manufacturers of metal packaging in Asia with several plants across SEA with a global network. They are looking for a Sales Coordinator to assist in daily business operations.
The Responsibilities:
* Data entry with requirement to follow up to ensure orders and shipments are completed timely and accurately
* Handle new order, payment, deliveries and follow up on shipment schedule
* Work closely with planner, production, and delivery team to issue sales instruction, ensuring that customers' requirement is met
* Handle shipping arrangement (CFR, CIF, EXW, FOB terms) with customer appointed forwarder/ carrier
* Handle shipping arrangement for all parties (e.g. customer/ store/ logistic) to meet customer's timeline
* Issue shipping advice with booking confirmation to maritime cargo processing internal operation team, including advance shipping notice
* Arrange metal proof and samples to be courier to potential client
* Preparation of sales reports on regular basis (weekly/ monthly/ yearly) for management
* Assist in marketing and branding activities (e.g. CSR project, shooting, website, social media accounts)
* Manage and maintain a proper record of sales contacts and respective order
* Handle price adjustment as and when required
* Other ad hoc duties as assigned
The Requirements:
* Minimum O-level/ NITEC certificate or any related disciplines
* Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel
* Team player with ability to work with cross functional and multicultural teams
* Positive attitude with strong attention to detail and accuracy
