Job Description

Our Client:
RGF represents an established and reputable logistics company. They are actively looking to hire a General Manager to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the development of new corporate accounts on a regional level and to promote close co-operation within the Company's group
* Responsible for ensuring the Profit/Loss, Operating Revenue & Gross Profit planning is set annually for the regional accounts
* Responsible for improving business relationship for targeted accounts in a regional role and to promote close co-operation with all the relevant stakeholders within the Company's group
* Responsible for developing strategic business plans and supply chain solutions for customers on a regional level
* Responsible for overseeing the execution of strategic business plans towards achieving the revenue & profit objectives
* To promote close cooperation within the group and strive for close communication
* Existing corporate customers: To further expand the scope of current contracts and organic growth to increase revenue & gross profit
* New corporate customers: Development and expansion new customers at a regional level
* To provide guidance based on experience to all relevant stakeholders and branch offices within the region
* To communicate effectively and build relationship trust with effective collaboration to all the relevant stakeholders within the Company's group
* To work closely with the customer service & operations teams of each branch office to improve customer satisfaction and implementation of new processes for target corporate customers
* Report business progress to MD, Deputy MD & AVP on a regular basis. (Weekly, Monthly)
* Responsible for the collection of receivables of the regional target customers by the deadline, and report at the monthly receivables management meeting

The Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree or Master's in Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
* Over 10 years of regional sales experiences and knowledge in the international trade and logistics industry
* Understand the management issues of the target corporate customers
* Make proposals that improves the corporate value and customer value of the customer as a result of the grasped management issues together with the preparation of materials
* Motivated to fully understand the functions and resources of our company and the Company's group
* Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Frequent Travel might be required
* Team responsiveness
