Our client is pioneer in Singapore's real estate landscape. Founded in 1920, provide a suite of professional services in the residential, commercial, industrial, and retail property sectors. They are actively looking to hire a Valuation Manager to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

Commercial Development

* Find commercial opportunities for property valuation
* Cooperate with the Professional and Agency Department to locate and assess opportunities
* Create and maintain a network of connections with business owners, financiers, and end users, as well as social networks that are crucial for the development of the overall business
* Learn about the market and keep it current, paying close attention to new developments, market trends, and the impact of property values and prices
* Find all opportunities for cross-business linkage and develop them, if possible
* Organize and preserve the client relationship

General

* Oversee the assigned business unit's administration and operations to ensure their smooth operation
* To provide clients with the highest level of professionalism and service, collaborate closely with the other members of the valuation team
* Performing property valuations for all types of properties

The Requirements:

* Degree in Real Estate
* Member of SISV and a licensed appraiser are preferred
* 3 to 6 years in Real Estate valuation experience
* Strong Leadership and Motivational skills
* Both an independent and team player
