Our Client:

Our client is a leading global technology company offering solutions for various industries across the globe. Their measurements and analytics range of products have been providing their customers in the O&G markets with a complete suite of products to enable them to improve operational efficiency of their businesses and are at the forefront of innovation able to offer cutting edge technology & solutions to meet market needs. With the expansion of the business, they are looking for a System Integration Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategy within SEA market.

The Responsibilities:

* Identify prospect and create new business opportunity to drive long term profitable growth of system integration unit
* Work closely with system integration unit on bidding strategy, product positioning and overall pursuit of opportunities
* Maintain good working relationship with customer by understanding their needs, recommend appropriate solutions and coordinate to ensure completion of project
* Development of both short- and long-term project and business plans to drive and support profits
* Work closely with EPC Strategic Account Manager on project to understand market needs and pricing, as well as development of winning strategy
* Maintain proper documentation of sales activity and reports in system timely and accurately

The Requirements:

* Degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline with experience in Sales/Engineer/Project Operation
* Minimum 5 years of sales experience in project sales, project integration, analytical product or process analytical sales
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
* Preferably familiar with Salesforce system
* Ambitious, flexible with positive attitude, always on the look-out for sales opportunities
* Organized and detail-oriented, good in planning with time and project management skills
* Must be comfortable to travel up to 50% within assigned region
