Job Description
Our Client:
Our client was established in 1989. They are an authorized distributor for major semiconductor and electronics components manufacturers, providing sales of semiconductors, discrete components, electronics devices, and materials to meet customer needs. They also provide software development and solutions, with vast experience in home consumer products, automotive, and power system.
The Responsibilities:
* Processing customer's order. Delivery order, invoices
* Provide administrative support in facilitating cross-functional operation between the sales, operation, and accounts to meet customers' requirement
* Liaising with customers and sales personnel and delivery / installation team to ensure smooth and timely execution of deliverables
* Proper filing of documents to ensure easy retrieval of documents / information
* Monitor and follow up on sales orders
The Requirements:
* Candidate with 1-2 years of relevant experience will be an advantage
* No experience required
* An independent worker with good interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to multitask
