Our Client:
Our client is a leading global manufacturer of semiconductor products. Due to expansion, they are seeking for a Thermal & Mechanical Engineer to join their team.
The Responsibilities:
* Strive to generate needs and specifications, then convert them into design principles and testing procedures
* Offer mechanical design and design optimization services, including 3D modeling and 2D drawing, analysis of tolerance stack-ups, material selection, structural analysis, process, and tooling
* Provide component, subassembly, and system-level thermal design and analysis. To able to do this, you must have extensive expertise and a thorough grasp of the most recent developments in cooling technology, as well as the specific cooling elements-such as cold plates, pumps, heat exchangers, measurement and control systems, and power electronics approaches
* Conduct structural analysis (vibration, shock, and drop) and thermal & flow analysis on many types of components/subassemblies, including cold plates, heat sinks/heat pipes, thermal interface materials, high powered electronics
The Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Thermal/Energy)
* Minimum 3 Years of Experience
* Must possess experience in cooling of electronics, thermal and structural simulations
* Programming Expertise in C & Assembly is required
