Our Client:

Our client is one of the world's leading automotive companies which offers various services such as leasing, car subscription, car rental and innovative mobility services and top global supplier of premium and luxury cars. They are looking for Manager-Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to roll out new markets in the next few years.

The Responsibilities:

We are seeking a motivated individual to join their team and contribute to the Regional Centre of Competence for Customer Relationship Management (RCoC RCM). The selected candidate will be responsible for defining and describing the technical architecture of Salesforce-based CRM systems, specifically within Asia/Overseas template.

* Designing technical solutions using Salesforce
* Integrating Salesforce with other technologies such as Informatica and IBM Data Management tools (MDM, IIB & IIS)
* Developing advanced customizations using Salesforce and Informatica (Cloud, Power Centre, and Customer 360)
* Managing a team of technical project members, both onshore and offshore, as well as internal and external members
* Collaborating with business stakeholders and participating in workshops
* Aligning functional requirements with Salesforce features and functionality
* Sharing best practices related to solution delivery and positioning
* Mentoring junior team members in Salesforce technology, integration technologies, and best practices
* Conducting code reviews
* Managing vendor relationships

The Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or other relevant fields of study is required
* Post Graduate / Masters in Business Administration & Salesforce certifications are beneficial
* Minimum 9 years+ of working experience on Salesforce technology
* Minimum 3 years+ of working experience as Solution Architect
* Relevant working experience with various Salesforce products and/or components including Sales and Service Clouds, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, Force.com and Heroku
* Expertise in SFDC application development, Salesforce.com integration and extension, features, designing solutions, using the Force.com SOAP and REST- based Web Service API's, APEX, Visualforce, applications from the AppExchange and other tools that extend the product
* Experience in developing specifications along with partners/suppliers for solutions components in relation Salesforce including data integration with other systems
* Expertise in Informatica (Cloud, Power Centre & Customer 360)
* Experience in managing Salesforce developers will be beneficial
* Well-rounded in both functional and technical aspects of a Salesforce engagement
* Combination of business analysis and technology implementation experience
* Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team
* Proven ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment
* Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
* Excellent leadership and project management skills
