Our Client:

Our client provides power protection solutions for applications in various industries all over Asia. They are actively looking to hire a Service Engineer to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

* Responsible to provide quality service standard to customer
* Provide feedback on the performance of technicians and general worker to the management
* Provide technical and logistical support to assign sites
* Provide on-site technical advice to the customer
* Resolve technical and logistical problems on the complete range of products provided
* Provide reports with detail findings and recommendations to the customer
* Responsible for generating of Method of Statement and Risks Assessment for assigned sites
* Participate in planned routine maintenance and ad hoc works
* Provide 24×7 customer support through telephone and site attendance
* Maintain a strong customer relationship
* Others tasks/project as assigned by Zone Lead

The Requirements:

* Tertiary Education in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
* Preferably 1 year work experience in servicing and ability to troubleshoot down to the component level
* Knowledge in Uninterruptible Power Supplies or Standby Generators is highly preferred
* Ability to work independently and resourceful with good initiatives and foster customer relationship
* Good interpersonal and communication skills with excellent customer orientation
* Willing to work overtime and travel in short notice
* Possess a minimum valid Class 3 driving license
* Knowledge of general computer, hardware and software applications will be an added advantage
