Our client is a market leader in enhancing everyday solutions by simplifying how people interact with technology. Catering to both individual consumers and businesses worldwide.

They are seeking for a crucial member to join their team as a Manager in Strategy and Product Planning to aid in driving the growth of their Gaming product category.

The ideal candidate must be a passionate gamer with a comprehensive understanding of the gaming industry.

He/She must possess a strong awareness of market trends and competition, enabling them to develop a successful strategy that includes supporting distributors in the region and implementing necessary ATL & BTL activities. Additionally, the candidate should possess a proactive approach to improve and enhance processes and strategies.

The Responsibilities:

* The role involves overseeing the sales and product roadmap for categories such as audio headsets, earphones, speakers, and microphones, designed for gamers, content creators, and gaming industries in the Asia-Pacific region
* To provide business development support to distributors, plan sales forecasts, and proactively engage in product sales and marketing to expand market share in each country
* Strategic planning with distributors will be necessary to achieve sales targets
* The candidate will be responsible for roadmap management, NPI, and sales tracking, product compliance administrative duties, product management, and conducting product training workshops for internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to strengthen product branding, support internal departments, attend product quality conferences and global product line manager alignment conferences
* To prepare monthly sales reports, manage PSI, study, and analyze business potential for new category products, provide input into the gaming creative strategy, and work with the marketing team to drive initiatives that support overall product and category business objectives
* To support PR/Comms initiatives through participation, effectively communicate with outside press, and collaborate with the digital team to provide APAC inputs for the global social content calendar for gaming social handles

The Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in related field
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications, (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) is a must
* Minimum 6 years of experience product and marketing and management experience or related field
* Data, strong data analytical capability preferred
