Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a leading producer of industrial packaging and solution servicing various industries with global network. They are actively looking for a Marketing Manager to develop and implement commercialization and marketing plans in SEA market, with the objective to drive and support commercial growth.

The Responsibilities:

* Act as expert knowledge of product in the market, deliver useful market insights
* Gather market trends, conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, portfolio segmentation as well as provide support on development of new product/ market
* Increase awareness of company brand, drive growth of leads and marketing channel via digital and traditional marketing mode
* Develop and implement commercialization and marketing plans to build leads and engagements
* Develop and implement strategy to protect market share, improve product/profit share to increase revenue
* Develop and implement commercial plan to facilitate marketing funnel and lead generation
* Create and execute marketing plan via collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders
* Identify and engage with various market and industry opinion leaders to gain knowledge and information to help position company as leader
* Stay abreast of new legislation and development that may affect line of products
* Prepare and control operating budget
* Monitor regional performance, preparation of report regularly to senior management

The Requirements:

* Degree in Business Management/ Marketing or similar discipline
* 7 years of relevant experience, preferably from manufacturing setting
* Credible with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate across all levels within the organization
* Must be comfortable with travelling regionally up to 30% of the time
