The Responsibilities:

Your responsibility will include but not limited to:

* Follow the prescribed solution architecture process (such as ensuring that relevant reviews, approvals, and checkpoints are completed with the appropriate deal governance stakeholders)
* Lead and collaborate with in-country solution teams for distinctive regional solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams of stakeholders and subject matter experts to contribute to solution development
* Collaborates with Sales and Bid Managers during the pre-sales/solutioning/tender stage to support the creation and submission of proposals and bids
* Serves as the Solution Design Authority. You are to assume responsibility for all elements involved in solution design, including participation in qualification and business approval meetings and checkpoints
* Responsible for developing clear, financially viable, and feasible solutions
* Establishes the strategy for creating solutions, managing the scope and activities of the solution design team to ensure a reasonable cost structure
* Presenting the entire solution to a customer or partner in both technical and business terms, effectively outlining the advantages, assumptions, and potential risks involved
* Pinpointing customer needs for developing a solution by fostering robust partnerships with key stakeholders within the team, customer organization, and collaborators
* Devises effective solutions and has the ability to supervise various experts, including third-party vendors, who contribute to the design and execution of the solution
* Keeping abreast of company's offering and services, as well as the products and solutions
* Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and services in the Customer Communication Management, multi-channel communications, and transactional print industries

The Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree (in Computer Science is an advantage)
* Familiarity and expertise in offering or providing outsourced print and document management services, including transactional printing, production workflow automation, mail management, and automation, as well as multi-channel communication solutions
* Experience working in regional or global teams structure to support regional-wide contracts & projects
* Actively seeks cooperation with stakeholders and is a valuable member of a team
* Capable of earning trust and exerting influence
* Proficient in explaining the fundamentals of data protection and privacy regulations, including GDPR, and showcasing how they affect the design of solutions
* Knowledgeable about the principles of developing commercial business cases and managing profit and loss (P&L)
* Possesses effective written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate the technical aspects and business advantages of proposed solutions
* Skilled in using MS Office, especially advanced Excel, and PowerPoint
* A major plus should you come with: Prince II or PMP certification, familiarity with ITIL principles and their practical application, knowledge of TOGAF or similar architecture design frameworks, and Microsoft certifications
* Self-motivated and able to take initiative
