Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a conglomerate-investment company with operations and financial interests in resources, property, and hospitality. They are actively looking to hire a Property Executive to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

* Assist the Property Manager to co-ordinate and carry out the operations of property management services for residential properties owned by the company
* Conduct regular inspections, identify building defects/irregularities, and submit recommendation for necessary rectification/improvement works to the Property Manager
* Ensure that all the property management services rendered are in accordance with the contracts' terms and conditions
* Ensure compliance with all building related authorities' regulations
* Perform regular site inspection and supervise the term contractors/service providers in the upkeeping of the residential properties
* To assist, attend and coordinate with relevant departments on quotations/contractors and/or other tenancy related matters
* Ensure proper documentations prior to handing over/taking over of premise to/from tenants
* Develop and maintain effective landlord/tenant relationships, improve service delivery and communication, maintaining high quality of service standards
* Attend to tenant's requests and complaints on matters relating to the management and maintenance of the properties
* Carry out operations of tenancy services in leasing units of the assigned residential property
* Solicit quotations from contractors for repairs, renovations, and maintenance works

The Requirements:

* Diploma/Degree in Estate Management, Building Services, Engineering, or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Facilities and/or Property Management
* Good knowledge of Building maintenance
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Proactive and customer-oriented mindset/skills, so as to achieve high level of service standard
* Proficient in MS Office
* Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
