Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a leading American laboratory instrument Manufacturing Industry. They are actively looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

* Handle shared services functions primarily related to Accounts Receivable and Order Review as part of the Order to Cash process
* Tasks include reviewing sales orders to ensure matching customers' Purchase Order, processing AR invoice, posting AR Receipts, aging report, etc.
* Identify discrepancies and liaise with relevant stakeholders to resolve them
* Sending of Invoices to Customers
* Maintain good and close working relationship with internal stakeholders (eg. Order Management team, sales team, logistics team, services team) and external customers
* Perform month end closing activities and reporting and preparing accounts reconciliations
* Provide support for annual audit and SOX compliance (e.g. Extraction of audit samples, supporting documents, etc.)
* Assist with streamlining and improving the Order to Cash process, identifying areas of improvement
* Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

The Requirements:

* 2 years of relevant work experience
* Minimum Diploma in Accounting or Finance
* Proactive behaviour and with eye for detail and accuracy
* Proficiency in MS Excel and familiar with ERP system
* Good communication skills, both in written and spoken English to be able to liaise effectively with English-speaking clients
* Positive attitude, willing to learn and is a team player
