Our client has a strong presence in the Asia-Pacific region, with offices and production facilities in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, China, and other countries. The company's products are used in a wide range of industries, including water treatment, chemical processing, and semiconductor manufacturing.

About the Role:

As a Marketing Executive for ASEAN/SEA, you will collaborate with a team of ASEAN marketing executives based in Indonesia and Malaysia. Your role involves aligning key topics with the country manager and sales teams in Singapore, Philippines, and Vietnam to plan, budget, and develop strategic ASEAN marketing campaigns with the ASEAN marketing team. The execution of these campaigns will be a combination of regional responsibilities (e.g. digital platforms, systems, and channels) and local implementation (e.g. events in Singapore, sponsoring, etc.).

Under the guidance of the ASEAN and BU Asia Marketing Team, you will devise and manage marketing and communications programs and events that influence customer behaviour, generate qualified leads, and build strong brand recognition within corporate design guidelines.

You will also be responsible for driving customer database development and enrichment through the CRM system and managing marketing collaterals for the region, including catalogues, corporate gifts, and all promotional materials.

The Responsibilities:

* Establish and execute ASEAN marketing campaigns for specific segments with local adaptation for the SEA market to create awareness, generate leads, and increase revenue within the given marketing budget
* Track and drive marketing leads through the sales process
* Perform hands-on operational tasks for marketing campaigns, such as writing content for channels, researching, and dealing with local suppliers and contractors
* Create and distribute marketing emails for ASEAN using the Microsoft Dynamics Marketing hub
* Coordinate marketing activities with the ASEAN marketing team, country manager, and sales teams from SEA
* Manage local events and trade shows
* Research and provide recommendations on regional media partners and industry associations for digital marketing, sponsorships, co-branded email, and other creative means to reach digital audiences
* Develop reference cases with the sales team in SEA for innovative solutions

The Requirements:

* Possess a solid B.A. /B.S. Degree with 3+ years of experience in B2B or B2C Marketing and Communications
* With experience in marketing campaign development and event management
* With digital marketing and social media marketing experience
* Basic experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or other CRM systems
* Has an exceptional communication and organizational skills
* With effective interpersonal skills in active listening and rapport building at multiple levels
* Well-developed in organizing and with good time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects at any one time
* Must have experience with MS Office; knowledge of MS Teams, Adobe Creative Suite, and other programs is an advantage
