Building Management Executive/Sr. Building Mgmt. Executive(M&E)

Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a listed a real estate development and investment firm. They are actively looking to hire a Building Management Executive / Senior Building Management Executive (M&E) to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of technicians in attending to all M&E and operational issues, and guiding them on troubleshooting and resolving problems on site
* Ensure M&E systems are serviced accordingly to the term contract schedule and scope of work. Verify service report before certifying for payment
* Review scope of work for term contracts including drafting and calling of tenders for renewal before the contract expires
* To review tenants' fit-out/renovation design submissions ensuring the design is in compliance with authorities and the building's requirements
* Drafting the scope of work for quotation/tender for ad hoc repair works including putting up memo/PO for management approval
* To ensure the repair works are properly executed and completed according to requirements and certified for payment upon completion
* Attend to tenant's feedback/requests promptly and ensure any rectification works are done with minimum disturbance to tenants
* Conduct regular inspections of all M&E systems ensuring they are operating efficiently
* Evaluate existing conditions of all M&E systems and schedule for repair/replacement if necessary
* Plan, implement and execute M&E CAPEX works which include calling of quotations/tenders, evaluate, recommend and put up memos for management approval
* Monitoring utilities (Electricity & Water) consumption and recommend measures to reduce consumption including preparation of monthly management reports
* Track and ensure all authorities' licensing for M&E system is renewed promptly including annual submission of WEMP and BESS to authorities

The Requirements:

* Possess a Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience
* Strong analytical skills and ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines
* Possess a high level of initiative and strong interpersonal and communication skills
