The Responsibilities:

* Build advanced automated test suites to exercise our world-class applications
* Conduct load and performance tests to identify system bottleneck
* Conduct research on emerging technologies
* Analyse and decompose complex software systems to craft various test strategies
* Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with manual/functional/performance/exploratory testing
* Conduct application performance and security testing to ensure we have a robust and secured system in place
* Maintain and improve automated regression test suite in testing environments
* Actively refine and improve test plans on the CI pipeline
* Perform system integration testing with other system owners
* Manage defect life cycle
* Drive continuous improvement in Agile testing practices and tools
* Perform peer code review to ensure code quality is upheld
* Involve in supporting and resolving production issues

The Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years of professional software quality testing experience in application regression test automation, performance and or security testing
* Strong understanding of test-driven development (TDD), continuous integration and continuous delivery
* Experience with coding in any of the following programming languages (Java, JavaScript, Python)
* Experience with various testing tools and Selenium automated testing frameworks
* Excellent verbal communication with non-technical stakeholders
