Our Client:

We are currently partnering with a firm with great presence in the Asia region. They specialize in Engineering and Technology solutions and focused on creating sustainable and energy-efficient heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems that are friendly to the environment.

The primary responsibility is to provide crucial support to the Senior Manager to effectively manage and execute project deliverables, and ensure the desired outcomes are attained seamlessly without any disruptions. Furthermore, this position entails close collaboration with their robust site-based engineering and controls teams.
The Responsibilities:

* Support project planning, ensuring budgets and schedules align with project needs, to facilitate smooth execution
* Create essential project documents, including detailed scope of work, comprehensive project specifications, contracts, and regular progress reports to maintain project transparency
* Foster collaborative partnerships with internal teams and suppliers to ensure effective coordination throughout the project lifecycle, promoting a unified approach
* Continuously oversee construction progress, proactively identifying and addressing issues or discrepancies, and providing prompt, effective solutions to maintain project momentum
* Uphold rigorous safety protocols and exacting quality standards throughout the project, while also meticulously documenting key project data, such as drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, delivery orders, variation orders, weekly progress reports, and comprehensive project closure documentation
* Gain a deep understanding of the project site's physical characteristics, operational requirements, and detailed design to effectively plan and sequence tasks, durations, milestones, and lead times

The Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Mechanical, or related disciplines
* At least 2-3 years of relevant experience projects, preferably in a similar role
