The Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

* Oversee technical resources to facilitate end-to-end software delivery using low code platform and Agile methodology
* Oversee the design and implementation of the solution architectures aligned with business objectives
* Recommend optimal practices and coding standards for the project, conduct code reviews, and perform hands-on coding as and when needed
* Accountable for effort estimation, development timelines, quality assurance, and technical documentation
* Serve as an IT consultant to offer solutions, delivery roadmaps, and post-implementation support strategies to clients
* Work closely with external vendors for development and project completion
* Lead technical proposals, presentations, and demonstrations for clients' stakeholders
* Play a key role in securing projects and maintaining client relationships

The Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT-related discipline or Business
* At least 8 years of work experience in software development
* Experience on OutSystems web and/or mobile projects is a plus
* Experience on Agile software development and technical practices
* Team player; Able to work well with others in a fast-paced, highly demanding environment
* Excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills
* Results-oriented and pays attention to detail
* Ability to timely deliver accurate products
* Strong multitasker and able to adapt to changing priorities
* Ability to analyze complex requirements and strategize about business, products and technical challenges
* Consistently support the team to improvise on delivering quality software products
