Our Client:
Our client is a well-known optical retail chain based in Singapore. They offer a wide range of eyewear products, including prescription glasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. They are actively looking to hire a Sales Executive to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
・Recommend suitable eyewear to customers with relevant product knowledge
・Provide good customer service and handle customers’ queries
・Manage outlet inventory including receiving and stocking of eyewear, barcode tagging, and annual stock take
・Manage sales transactions by processing payment in cash or credit and issue receipts
・Maintain the outlet cleanliness and tidiness at all times
・Ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the Branch Manager
Requirements
The Requirements:
・Strong communication and interpersonal skills
・Enthusiastic and friendly with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
・Previous retail optical sales experience and familiarity with cash register and POS system will be advantageous
・On-the-job training will be provided
