Job Title: Application Developer (AWS)

Our Client: Our client is a prestigious Semiconductor Firm providing various solutions within Sensor Process Technologies. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining applications using AWS services. They are looking for an Application Developer (AWS) to join their team here in Singapore!

Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and support application systems
* Collaborate with users, vendors, and internal teams for system requirement analysis, effort estimation, design, development, implementation, and testing of IT application projects
* Lead core software development efforts and ensure timely delivery
* Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions using AWS services
* Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide technical guidance
* Manage AWS environments, including setup, monitoring, and optimization
* Ensure cloud infrastructure security and compliance with industry standards
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AWS services and infrastructure
* Migrate existing application systems to the cloud
* Assist in cost analysis and budget management for AWS resources

Requirements:

* Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in software development with a focus on AWS cloud services
* Proficient in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, etc
* Strong programming skills in [list preferred languages, e.g., Python, Node.js]
* Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes) is preferred
* Strong knowledge of cloud security practices and infrastructure management
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Expertise in integration processes (both traditional and cloud-based)
* Experience with other cloud providers such as Azure or GCP is a plus
